Event Recap – A Taste of Montreal
An evening of community, culture, and compassion
On April 10, 2025, the Batshaw Foundation held its signature annual fundraiser, Saveurs de Montréal – A Taste of Montreal, at the beautiful Entrepôts Dominion. This unforgettable evening brought together friends, supporters, and partners for a vibrant celebration of Montreal’s spirit, all in support of at-risk children, youth, and families served by Batshaw Youth and Family Centres.
Guests enjoyed a lively cocktail soirée featuring local culinary delights, a curated silent auction, and the unmistakable charm and creativity that define our city. A highlight of the evening was the delicious food catered by Chez Mylo, led by Jesan Mylvaganam, a former Batshaw Youth whose inspiring journey and culinary talent added depth and meaning to the night.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our generous event sponsors whose support made this evening possible:

A sincere thank you as well to our event vendors, who helped create a seamless and memorable experience:
Bambara, Boréale, Burgundy Lion Group, Chez Mylo, Planterra, Repro-Net, and Total Events
And a special thank you to our incredible Gift-In-Kind donors, whose generous contributions made our auction and prize draws a success:
AC Marriott Montreal, Adrienne Lindover-Scott (Adrienne’s Abstracts), ALDO, CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions, Constance Everson, David’s Tea, Hatley, Kiehl’s, Kombi, La Canadienne, Laurie Campbell, Le Metcalfe (Ottawa), Manoir Saint-Sauveur, MEGA, Monkland Tavern, Mouton Noir, MSA Financial, Nora Gray, Ravensburger, RHW Foundation, Taverne sur le Square, Travelway, Vargas Goteo Jewelry, W.O.T.P Programs, and our dear friends of Batshaw.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we are continuing to fund vital programs that give youth in care, those at risk, and those transitioning into adulthood the tools they need to thrive. Together, we are helping to build brighter, stronger futures—one young person at a time.
